Out of Stock Items
If an item you order is out of stock, you will be contacted via phone or e-mail. Out-of-stock items can be cancelled, replaced with like or similiar items or placed on backorder. In the case that your order contains out-of-stock items, the remainder of your order will still be shipped.
Returns and Exchanges
HockeyOne/HockeyDogs wants you to be completely satisfied with your purchase! When you receive your order, please inspect all merchandise for any defects or poor workmanship. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we ask that you return it unused and in the original packaging within 15 days for replacement or refund. If we deem that the item had been used or damaged, a refund will be denied. Sharpened skates and visors that have been cleaned or damaged by screwing it onto your helmet will not be accepted. Do not sharpen skates until you are sure they fit! In addition, please try skates on indoors and on carpet. Any skates that are returned with damaged steel or used wheels will be denied. Due to the nature of the item, cups, supports, jocks, jock shorts and pelvic protectors cannot be returned or exchanged. Custom orders, special orders, team orders or special accomodations cannot be returned or exchanged. Any clearance or closeout items cannot be returned or exchanged. Clearance and/or closeout items are final sales!
All items sold at HockeyOne.com/hockeydogs.com are brand-new and first quality (unless otherwise specified). Please do not attach or tape any shipping label directly on a skate box or shoe box. Doing so will result in the exchange being denied. Please do not use a skate box or shoe box as your shipping box. Doing so will result in the exchange being denied. We do not sell used merchandise and we do not want to give other customers the impression that we do by the sight of used packaging.
All returns are subject to a 15% re-stocking fee plus the original cost of shipping. *NOTE: The original cost of shipping will be charged to the customer even if the original shipping was free. (Example: If a customer places an order that qualifies for free shipping, the customer will receive a refund for the original cost of the returned item minus the 15% re-stocking fee and the original cost of shipping.)
To return or exchange an order, you must first call (562) 799-5554 or email info@hockeydogs.com for a Return Authorization Number. Packages will not be accepted without a return authorization number. A re-stocking fee of 15% will apply to all returned merchandise. No re-stocking fee is applied to defective or shipped in error products reported within the time limits provided. Sorry, but HockeyOne can not refund shipping charges. Please make sure that you order the right size. We cannot accept any parcels marked freight collect or COD. If you choose to exchange an item, the 15% re-stocking fee will be waived, however, we cannot refund shipping charges and you will be charged for shipping when the exchanged item is shipped out to you. Exchanged orders can be handled two ways: When we receive the returned item, the exchanged item will be shipped out to you. If you need the exchanged item quickly, we can ship the new item out immediately. Your credit card will be charged for the new item and when the returned item is received, we will refund the returned item value to your credit card.

Used Equipment
Used equipment cannot be returned unless it is deemed defective according to the manufacturer's warranty.
Damaged Goods
If you receive damaged goods in shipment, please place a claim with the delivery service immediately. HockeyOne/Hockeydogs is not responsible for damages caused during shipment.
Manufacturer Defect
If you receive an item that is deemed defective according to the manufacturer's warranty, please contact the manufacturer directly. WE DO NOT WARRANTY PRODUCTS. THE MANUFACTURER DOES IT.
Returned Product Value
If an item is purchased at regular price and returned later when that item has been placed on sale or close-out, or should the price be lowered for any other reason, you may receive the lower amount as credit.

Order Processing Times
Please note that it can take up to 48 hours to process your order. Most orders are shipped the following business day. This means that if you place your order on Monday, your order will ship on Tuesday. If you place your order on Friday, your order will ship the following Monday. Please take this into consideration when placing Express orders. If you need your order quickly, please call us 562-799-5554. Due to high e-mail volume, we cannot guarantee that we will receive an e-mail in time. If your order is urgent, call us!
Oversize or Overweight Orders
Any box over 84 inches (length x width x height) is considered oversize and additional charges may apply. Any box weighing over 20 pounds is considered overweight and additional charges may apply.
Shipping Time Frames
Delivery times are calculated in business days. Weekends, holidays and the day of shipment do NOT count towards the delivery time. (Example: If we ship your order on Monday via Priority Mail, the arrival date should be Thursday.) We are not responsible if your order does not arrive in time, even if you specify a needed delivery date on your order. If you need your order by a certain day, please choose the appropriate shipping method.
Guaranteed Delivery
DHL and USPS does not guarantee delivery times for Priority Mail or Express Mail. If your order is delayed in shipment, please take your claim to UPS.
Shipping Insurance
Please note that we are not responsible for any packages that are lost or damaged during shipment. UPS does not automatically insure every package. We can not be held responsible and will not provide refunds, credits or replacement products for the lost or damaged items.
Refused Packages or Packages Returned Due to Incorrect Address
We ship using UPS. Please enter your shipping address accordingly. If parcels are refused or are returned to us due to an incorrect address, the original and return shipping charges will be charged to your original form of payment.
International Shipping
There is a base rate shipping fee of $45.00 USD on all international orders. If your shipping charge exceeds this amount, the additional shipping charge will be added to your order. In most cases, you will be notified of the additional shipping charge before your order is shipped. All international customers are required to pay any and all applicable duties, customs fees and/or taxes that their country requires upon entry of goods. We are not responsible for any customs duties or taxes for international orders. We also cannot estimate any customs duties or taxes. If you have any questions or would like an estimate, please contact your local customs authorities. We also cannot guarantee delivery on any international orders. In some countries, orders can get stuck in customs. There is nothing we can do to speed your order through the customs screening process. If parcels are refused or are returned to us due to an incorrect address, the original and return shipping charges will be charged to your original form of payment.

All international orders, or orders using international credit cards must be verified with the bank prior to shipping. Please allow 2 - 5 business days to verify all billing information. You will be contacted if the information cannot be verified.
